To be still is the one thing that everybody is able to accomplish. It has untold effects on all, not only on those who participate, but on the world as a whole, as it allows the heart to open. Everyone can participate and it crosses the boundaries of all religions and races.
In Melbourne, you and your family and friends are invited to come and join others in the Mac Laren Hall, which is located at Erasmus School, 45 Riversdale Rd, Hawthorn. The hall will be opened from 6am to 9am and 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Entry is via Riversdale Rd. Feel free to come join others before or after work to fall still, pray or meditate.
If you are unable to make it to a venue then please feel free to participate wherever you are or create a venue near you.
